Moreno recommends that toll booths have drive-thru vaccination stations. MANILA, Philippines — Manila Mayor Isko Moreno asked the government and private sector to deploy expressway toll booths as drive-thru immunization stations yesterday. The mayor made the announcement at the Bagong Ospital ng Maynila during the opening of a drive-thru booster vaccination for public utility vehicle drivers. "I'd like to share an idea with you." All toll gates provide a drive-thru option. "Imagine the number of exits," Moreno said.
